TO RETURN A PRODUCT:
- Any Item/s must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Item/s must not have been worn, still have tags, branded packaging & in a re-saleable condition with no marks, stains or scents.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We do not offer free returns and we do not provide returns labels.
- Please allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed AND a further 5 working days for funds to show in your bank account.
- Please ensure all returns are sent via recorded/signed delivery, we will not be held responsible for any losses or damages caused during the return of goods.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SWIM SHORTS OR HEADWEAR DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS

- Fill in the returns form.
- Send the item or items along with the paperwork to the address provided at the bottom of the form.
- Please make sure you keep a record of the return tracking number the cost of the return is covered by you, the customer.
SALE ITEMS / USE OF DISCOUNT CODES
Items bought in the sale are ineligible for a refund and can only be returned for a credit coupon code to use on a future purchase – PROVIDING the above criteria is met.
We cannot accept returns on swimwear or headwear due to hygiene reasons. If you send these items back to us, they will be held until a return shipping fee is paid.
If the criteria above is not met, we can refused to process a return. We will hold any ineligible items for 7 working days while a return shipping fee is paid.
